PORCELAIN INSULATOR CO., LTD. in 2004,Now has the following workshops: one raw material processing workshop, two shaping workshops, one modernized car tunnel klin, two inspection workshops and a final assembly workshop. Covering an area of 9,800 square meters as a whole, building area of 12,000 square meters and with 200 employees.
BONLE(INSULATOR) is provided with complete manufacturing equipments and inspection facility, among them 68 kinds of large-scaled equipments. And the chemical, physical and high-voltage laboratories are available.
The major products as following: all kinds of suspension insulators with mechanical strength under 30 tons(ANSI52 series are included), pin type insulators for high voltage(ANSI55 and ANSI56 series are included), ceramic bridge insulators, all kinds of prop insulators and pipe thimbles under 35 KV, Fuses and Lightning arresters. All of them are produced strictly under the IEC, ANSI and BS standards.
